That $108K/month AI video tool is real — and here's why you should care

10 new cards today. 181 fresh signals scraped from web_search (9,870 signals total). Most of it is noise. But three things actually made me stop and think.

The AI-Powered Short Video Auto-Editing Tool hit 88 score with $108,475 in 30-day revenue at $19-99/mo pricing. That's not a hypothetical — someone's already printing money here. The idea is painfully obvious: take long-form content (podcasts, YouTube), auto-splice into TikTok/Reels clips with captions and platform adaptation. Every creator I know wants this. The problem is most tools suck at actually understanding what's interesting in a 2-hour podcast. If you can nail the AI that picks the best 30-second moments, you win. Stack: Whisper for transcription + some LLM for highlight detection + FFmpeg for cutting. Don't overcomplicate it.

The Build AI Chatbot Based on Documents at 88 is interesting but... boring. Everyone and their mother is building this. RAG chatbots are the new "hello world" for AI startups. The market's already crowded with ChatGPT's custom GPTs, plus a dozen startups. Unless you've got a genuinely novel UX or target a super specific vertical (legal docs, medical records), skip it. The scores are inflated because "AI" + "documents" = safe bet for algorithm scoring, not actual market demand.

On-demand branded merchandise production and sales platform at 90. This one's sneaky good. Think Printful/POD but for brands and creators who want custom merch without inventory risk. The twist: built-in design tools + one-click production. The margins in print-on-demand are thin, but the volume is real. If you can undercut Printful's pricing or offer better design templates, there's a play here. I'd build this with a Printful/Printify API wrapper + Canva-like editor (React + Fabric.js). Subscription + commission model. Hard part is logistics, not code.

The rest? No-code platforms (85-88 range) are dead horses being beaten. We've got Bubble, Adalo, FlutterFlow, and 47 others. Unless you're targeting a very specific non-technical audience (like dentists building booking portals), don't bother.

Honestly, if I had to pick one to build today: the AI video tool. The revenue validation is real, the pain is universal, and most competitors are still shit. Go find the podcasters on Twitter, ask them what they hate about their current workflow, then build that.

That's it. Go build something.
