13 new cards today, 185 signals scraped. Most of it is noise, but a few things actually made me stop mid-scroll.
Let's be real: the AI-Powered Short Video Auto-Editing Tool at 88 points with $108k MRR and $19-99/mo pricing is the obvious winner. This space is on fire. Every podcaster, YouTuber, and wannabe creator is drowning in long-form content they need to repurpose for TikTok/Reels. The numbers don't lie — someone's already pulling six figures monthly. But here's the thing: this market is getting crowded fast. You're competing with Opus Clip, Klap, and a dozen others. Unless you've got a real moat (better AI, cheaper, or a niche focus), you're late.
What actually caught my eye: On-demand branded merchandise production and sales platform at 90 points. This is the dark horse. Traditional merch manufacturing is a nightmare — minimum orders, long lead times, quality control headaches. Every creator, streamer, and small brand wants custom stuff but can't deal with the BS. The commission model is smart: take a cut per order, charge a subscription for the design tools. No inventory risk for you. This is Printful meets Canva for brand merch. I'd build this with Next.js + Stripe + a print-on-demand API like Printful's. Honestly? If I weren't already building something, I'd jump on this.
And then there's Build AI Chatbot Based on Documents at 88 points. This is boring but bankable. Every business has PDFs, wikis, knowledge bases they want to make searchable. The problem isn't the tech — it's distribution. You'd need to compete with Chatbase, SiteGPT, and a hundred others. But the pricing model (tiered by document volume and messages) works. If you could nail a specific vertical — say, legal docs or medical SOPs — you'd have something. Generic "upload PDF get chatbot" is a commodity now.
The no-code platform ideas are trash. Seriously. No-code app builders are a graveyard of failed startups. Don't be the next Bubble wannabe.
If I had to pick one to build today: the merch platform. It's less crowded, has clear recurring revenue, and solves a real pain point. Plus, creator economy isn't going anywhere.
That's it. Go build something.
