Boring as fuck, but local businesses pay $500/mo for anything that saves them 2 hours a week. The signal is clear: they're desperate for anything AI that actually works, not just generates blog posts. If I built this, I'd use Next.js + OpenAI API + a simple cron job. No VC funding needed.

Second: Developer experience SaaS — not the "make coding easier" bullshit. I'm talking about tools for internal developer portals, environment management, CI/CD dashboards that actually don't suck. You'd have paying customers in 2 weeks if you cold email CTOs at 50-person startups.

It's about real-time form correction using webcam, personalized programming based on actual fatigue tracking. The problem is liability. If someone hurts themselves using your AI, you're fucked.
