Charge 2-3x the generic API price because you're selling outcomes, not audio files.

Stack? Fine-tune something like XTTS or Tortoise-TTS, wrap it in FastAPI, serve it through Replicate or a simple GPU box. You don't need to train from scratch. You need to be better at one thing, not okay at everything.
