2. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@demand-radar.com with the email address used for your subscription. We will process the refund within 5-7 business days.

You can also request a refund through Creem directly by contacting their support team.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period. If you are within the 30-day window, you are eligible for a full refund regardless of cancellation timing.

4. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge through your bank or payment provider, your subscription will be suspended until the dispute is resolved.
